It’s not everyday I open a new showroom in a new state, so that’s exactly why I’m as pleased as I am to announce the opening of my new Max Sparrow Gallery in Richmond!
Joining the prestigious likes of Coco Republic, Bang & Olufsen, Jardan, Space Furniture and Bayliss, my newest showroom promises to both complement an already sterling strip, as well as rival fellow designer furniture stores in the precinct for - in my opinion - most visually striking interior.
The bustling precinct of Richmond doesn’t fail to impress with speciality stores, inviting cafes and trendy bars, all with a penchant for innovative interior design. It should come as no surprise then that this Melbourne destination has been on my wishlist for some time.
My newest showroom has received only the most finessed of treatments, featuring my newest collections and finest luxury furniture finds from around the globe. Pop by to see the likes of my Kagney Sofa alongside my Cambridge Contemporary Chairs, or the illustrious Wolseley Marble Coffee Table complementing the silver frames of my Parsons Bookcase Étagère.
My good friends at Coco Republic have allowed me the pleasure of styling their jaw-dropping Timothy Oulten chandeliers within my space, which only serve to heighten the dramatic ambience of the two-level showroom: as if you needed another reason to view my collections in situ.
I’d come to believe that no renovation is without its hiccups, however, I’ve been proved wrong! The extensive fit-out of my Melbourne Gallery progressed as smoothly as one could have hoped, gaining plenty of attention from passers-by along the way.
To describe the planning, styling and opening of the new Melbourne showroom as a whirlwind is an understatement, although the serenity of the completed space may seem contradictory. I’m without any doubt you’ll find the interior of my new designer furniture showroom just as much a success as I do.
